Nvidia H100 GPU Rental Costs Jump 45% Since December

marketbrief.now

Rental costs for the Nvidia H100 GPU have increased 45% since December, according to rental indices from Silico Data. The price surge occurs despite the launch of two newer hardware generations since the H100 first went on sale in 2022. Chamath Palihapitiya said that constraints on power are the primary driver behind the climb in prices.
