Nvidia chi 6 tỷ USD thâu tóm Poolside AI nhằm đối đầu DeepSeek bằng mô hình open weight

Hơn 100 nhân sự từ startup Poolside sẽ gia nhập Nvidia để phát triển dòng mô hình open weight Nemotron. Để sở hữu công nghệ của startup này, hãng chip chi 6 tỷ USD tiền bản quyền, đồng thời rót thêm 1 tỷ USD vốn đầu tư dựa trên mức định giá 12 tỷ USD trước khi rót vốn.

Thỏa thuận này nhằm xây dựng một hệ sinh thái AI tại Mỹ để cạnh tranh với các mô hình Trung Quốc như Kimi hay DeepSeek. Nvidia kỳ vọng Nemotron có thể sánh ngang với các mô hình hàng đầu thế giới trong vòng một năm tới, tạo ra một lựa chọn thay thế có chi phí thấp và dễ tùy chỉnh hơn so với các hệ thống đóng của OpenAI hay Anthropic.
