Former DeepMind researcher Thore Graepel wants his startup Metis Reasoning to apply AlphaGo's search principle to general reasoning by using an explicit knowledge ledger that makes conclusions checkable against evidence instead of locking knowledge inside model weights. However, there is no working system or benchmarks yet.
