Unconventional AI Buys Israeli Chip Startup NeuReality in First Acquisition Since Launch

Unconventional AI has agreed to acquire NeuReality, an Israeli AI inference silicon startup, in a cash-and-stock deal that adds roughly 40 employees and establishes its first engineering presence in Israel. The startup, valued at $4.5B and backed by Jeff Bezos, raised $475M in December and is developing a 4 dimensional substrate for AI compute efficiency targeting a 1,000x improvement over existing architectures.
