Mojo and MAX Go Fully Open for Commercial Use

The Mojo programming language and MAX toolset are now fully open for commercial development and extension, covering the full Mojo language, MAX graph compiler, MLRT runtime internals, and hardware abstraction logic. Chris Lattner announced the release on Oct. 23, stating the opening of the stack is intended to facilitate the creation of AI agents.
