Kazakhstan Secures Export License for 45,000 Nvidia Blackwell GPUs

Kazakhstan has secured a government-approved export license to import 45,000 Nvidia Grace Blackwell GPUs for a new AI infrastructure project in partnership with Kazakhtelecom, with the first phase launching in Q3 2027 and total power capacity projected to reach 500 MW upon completion of the second phase.
