Disruptive led a financing round for Groq to support the company's data center growth. The startup raised $350 million at a $3.5 billion valuation, which is roughly half of the $6.9 billion value it held in September 2025 before Nvidia struck a licensing deal and hired away key staff.

Nvidia participated in the round after previously hiring Groq founder Jonathan Ross and other employees. Groq intends to use the funds to increase its total capacity to more than 200 MW by next year.
