Khi được hỏi về việc lấy cổ phần 10% dựa trên mô hình giao dịch Intel của chính phủ, ông trả lời: "Tôi có thể. Có lẽ tôi có thể làm điều đó."
Trump nói cổ phần Intel đã giúp chính phủ kiếm được khoảng 60 tỷ USD. OpenAI được báo cáo đã đề nghị Washington một cổ phần 5% vào tháng 7, trong khi Anthropic và chính quyền đã bác bỏ việc thảo luận về cổ phần tại công ty đó.
Khi được hỏi những guardrail nào sẽ áp dụng nếu các phòng thí nghiệm AI hàng đầu gây ra hành động xấu, Trump nói: "Tôi có một DOJ, tôi có một FBI."
