Hims & Hers has become a strategic investor in Arboretum LifeSciences, a venture that uses artificial intelligence and genetic testing to expand precision medicine to patients with heart disease, diabetes, and neurodegeneration. CEO Andrew Dudum is seeking to move the medical industry toward a proactive healthcare model by providing patients with tools to identify health risks before symptoms emerge. Arboretum was developed through the GV incubator and is led by GV General Partner Anthony Philippakis, with Hims & Hers intending to help extend these innovations beyond traditional clinical settings.
