Porsche AG is implementing artificial intelligence across its manufacturing and customer service operations to automate its mobility value chain. The agreement includes the creation of an AI Mobility Centre of Excellence and the acquisition of MHP, the carmaker's Germany-based management and IT consulting subsidiary. Tata Consultancy Services will execute the transformation under a five year contract valued at $1.5 billion, or 1.25 billion euros.

The purchase of MHP, valued at more than $300 million, allows the Indian software firm to strengthen its automotive consulting expertise and deepen its footprint among European clients. The collaboration focuses on turning AI concepts into scalable solutions to improve business outcomes for the luxury carmaker and its wider mobility ecosystem.
