Intel reported at a Deutsche Bank conference that data center processors are fully booked for the next several years. Advanced packaging revenue per customer has shifted from millions to billions of dollars, while external clients have transitioned from evaluating 14A technology to requesting production capacity.

The company described 14A process node performance as comparable to the 22nm node, which it regarded as one of its most successful. Intel also noted that average selling prices for Xeons are rising.
