Campfire on Ruby 4 Ractors

A Ruby 4 port of ONCE Campfire, named Campfire on Ruby 4 Ractors, serves byte-identical HTML using Falcon in worker Ractors with SQLite and message passing instead of Rails, Redis, and multiple processes. The port delivers 15–27× faster dynamic page performance on the same four CPU threads compared to the original Rails app, and passes 956 of 956 parity checks across five seeds.
