Apple and LG Build Smart Home Hardware to Rival Amazon and Google

Apple is co-developing a smart home product suite with LG, including a deadbolt lock, indoor and outdoor cameras, a thermostat, a doorbell, and a floodlight camera, to expand Siri AI into the home and rival Amazon and Google. The hardware will carry the LG brand while functioning within Apple's ecosystem and will support a new smart home hub, an updated Apple TV, and a new HomePod mini.
