Tencent Leases 100,000 Nvidia GPUs from Oracle to Bypass China Gaps

Tencent has signed a contract with Oracle to lease 100,000 GPUs across Southeast Asia to access Nvidia's B300 chips. ByteDance and Alibaba are also seeking overseas data center lease agreements to address computing power shortages within China.
