Mark Zuckerberg is positioning Meta's Muse AI as a "business in a box" capable of turning an idea into a product and managing the full lifecycle of millions of micro businesses. The agent will build online presences, integrate with Meta services, and manage advertising to generate revenue for users, allowing Meta to collect a fee on the resulting commerce. Meta will fund distribution by offering up to 100 million free tokens per week and virtual computers to users and small businesses.

Infrastructure for the next generation of models is already operational through the gigawatt scale Prometheus cluster in Ohio, which is training a model called Watermelon. To protect personal context, Meta is developing a confidential virtual machine that prevents the company from seeing user contents, supported by sentinel agents. The service will be monetized through subscriptions and transaction fees paid by businesses.
