Cloudflare Opens Artifacts Beta to Let AI Agents Manage Git Repos

The new tool allows developers on the Workers Paid plan to assign dedicated git repositories to every application and agent in their ecosystem. Cloudflare Artifacts enables the programmatic creation and forking of repos from a Worker, the issuance of tokens, and the ability to clone repositories with any git client and trigger events on every push. The service also supports storing and deploying Workers code through integration with Workers Previews.

Cloudflare is accompanying the open beta launch with a competition to find the best git platform built on top of Artifacts. The contest offers $25,000 in prizes and VIP tickets to the Cloudflare Connect event for the winning developer.
