Tổng giám đốc Nvidia đã phối hợp với Tổng thống Emmanuel Macron tại Cung điện Élysée để triển khai Nền tảng An toàn Agent Mở và mở rộng hạ tầng tính toán cho các doanh nghiệp Pháp. Trong cuộc gặp, Jensen Huang cam kết hỗ trợ một sáng kiến đối tác Pháp-Germany để thúc đẩy nghiên cứu AI mở nhằm duy trì chủ quyền công nghệ khu vực. Sự mở rộng này bao gồm một đối tác chiến略 với Mistral AI, đã sử dụng 4.000 con chip Grace Blackwell để huấn luyện mô hình mới nhất của họ.
Sáng kiến này theo sau thông báo rằng Nvidia sẽ đầu tư 2 tỷ USD vào các dự án AI mới tại châu Âu vào tuần tới, mang tổng cam kết trong năm lên đến 10 tỷ USD. Khoản đầu tư này bao gồm cổ phần thiểu số trong các startup Pháp Doctolib, Genesis AI, Pigment và Entalpic, cùng với kế hoạch xây dựng trung tâm dữ liệu tại châu Âu. Hiện tại, Huang đang trên một chuyến đi khu vực với các lần tham quan London và Berlin cho GTC Berlin, nơi ông đã kêu gọi châu Âu cần tăng tốc phát triển AI để theo kịp với Mỹ.
