The latest integration on the OpenRouter platform allows users to utilize a new System One AI assistant designed by Jared Palmer. The model accepts state data and typed questions to generate text responses, operating with an 8K context window. OpenRouter has priced the service at $0.042 per million input tokens and $0 for output tokens. The 4B parameter open-weight model was developed by Palmer, who marked the launch of the software on the platform by joking that he is now a model himself. The system is designed as a small-scale model to provide accessible inference through the hosting service's API.
