OpenAI Expands Dots AI Agent Texting to Pro Users in Canada and Mexico

OpenAI expanded its Dots AI agent texting feature to Pro tier users in Canada and Mexico on Oct. 30, enabling communication via iMessage and RCS. The feature, which allows task assignment through photos, voice notes, or text, was initially launched as a limited preview for U.S. Pro users on Oct. 28 and for EU business clients on Oct. 28, with consumer access in the EU expected soon.
