Enterprise accounts and API developers now have access to an accelerated processing mode for the GPT-6 Astra model via Codex, ChatGPT Work, and the developer API. To access this feature, individual users must subscribe to a new Pro 500 plan costing $500 per month. API access for the Ultrafast tier costs $60 per million input tokens and $300 per million output tokens, which represents a six fold increase over standard pricing.

OpenAI will expand the Ultrafast feature to its GPT-6.1 Sol model in the near future. The company also maintains existing consumer subscription tiers, including a Pro 5x plan for $100 and a Pro 20x plan for $200.
