Regulatory officials in Wisconsin have restarted the review process for a high-voltage electricity connection required to power a new server hub in Port Washington. Aterio reports that this 1.3 GW facility owned by Oracle faces a material risk of missing its delivery target for the second half of 2027, with the analysis firm projecting that full capacity will not be reached until October 2028.

Partial power is projected for December 2027, with customer load ramping from the first quarter of 2028. The Public Service Commission is expected to issue a completeness decision on the connection application around Oct 19. Construction is currently underway with two of four halls enclosed, though Oracle shares fell 0.9% in pre-market trading following the Aterio report.
