OpenAI Extends GPT-6 Astra to API, ChatGPT Work and Codex for Pro, Enterprise and Business Premium Users
Releases27d agoOpenAI executive Tibor Sottiaux said Pro and Business subscriptions were getting Astra first in ChatGPT Work and Codex, with Plus to follow. OpenAI’s developer account later said GPT-6 Astra was available in the API and in ChatGPT Work and Codex for all Pro, Enterprise, and Business Premium users.
Astra also began appearing in the model picker and on Pro plans, including on Android. Updated documentation showed 5-hour message estimates about 50% higher across plans, including 5–45 messages on Plus versus 3–30, 25–225 on Pro 5x versus 15–150, and 100–900 on Pro 20x versus 60–600.
