A computing facility in Barstow, Texas, will serve as the primary hub for Figure's AI infrastructure starting in the second half of 2027. The robotics firm committed $3.5 billion initially to Nscale for 100,000 Nvidia Vera Rubin GPUs to power its humanoid robots and Helix AI models, with plans to scale the total spend beyond $6 billion.

Nscale will take an equity stake in Figure to become a shareholder and preferred compute provider. The partnership provides the scale necessary to achieve the goal of shipping humanoid robots into residential homes.
