Danish Supreme Court Finds That AI CSAM Is CSAM

The Danish Supreme Court found that AI-generated child sexual abuse material constitutes CSAM, ruling that the creation and distribution of such material using artificial intelligence does not exempt individuals from liability under § 235 of the Penal Code. The court sentenced the defendant to one and a half years in prison.
