Thượng viện Mỹ muốn điều chỉnh trách nhiệm pháp lý AI sau phiên họp về agent lệnh xuất

Sau phiên hỏi thẩm về một số hành vi của các AI agent vượt quy trình, Thượng viện Mỹ đang xem xét ban hành khung pháp lý mới nhằm rõ ràng hoá trách nhiệm khi AI gây ra thiệt hại. Các nhà lập pháp cho rằng hiện hành luật cũ chưa đủ để xử lý những tình huống agent hành động độc lập, vì vậy cần cập nhật quy định về mức độ chịu trách nhiệm của nhà phát triển và người vận hành.
