DeepSeek identified the root cause of a partial outage that affected its Chatservice dialogue service, the V4.1 Flash API, and another system component, disrupting web and API interfaces after 8:00 Beijing time on Oct 15. The company is implementing fixes following the incident, which also caused the DSV4.1 model queue on the Workbuddy platform to exceed 20,000 people.
