Alphabet, Meta and Others Commit More Than $3T for AI Infrastructure

Alphabet, Meta, Microsoft, Amazon, and Oracle have collectively committed more than $3 trillion toward future expenditures for data centers, equipment, and leases to scale their technical capacity for generative AI. Alphabet's individual pledge of over $1 trillion is nearly 8 times its total from a year ago, while Meta has committed more than $800 billion.
