Law firms and financial institutions can now use specialized AI agents for contract review and regulatory monitoring through Google Cloud's new Gemini Enterprise offerings for Legal and Financial Services. The tools automate legal brief drafting, citation verification and data requests for professional service firms. Google stated that customer data, prompts and outputs are restricted to an organization's private cloud environment and are not used to train base models.

Initial customers for the legal preview include Cleary, Freshfields, Weil and Williams & Connolly. Google Cloud announced partnerships and integrations with Moody's, MSCI, DocuSign, Thomson Reuters, Harvey, iManage and RelativityOne. The suite aims to unlock high-value workflows by integrating domain-specific skills into the company's generative AI ecosystem.
