Internal configuration files and upgrade screens disclose a new cloud-connected agent that manages emails through a specialized suffix. This tool, named "o," operates as an always-on assistant with its own cloud computer and supports 63 languages. It releases during OpenAI's DevDay on Tuesday and is available across all Pro subscription tiers, including the $100 level. OpenAI's upcoming updates also include "Fast Mode," which utilizes Cerebras chips and is available for the $500 subscription plan, as well as a shared message board for agents. While internal references to "Aeon" exist for current ChatGPT Workspace agents, the company is building "o" as a separate consumer-facing product to compete with Meta's Muse and xAI's Grok Bot.
