The Nvidia backed startup that provides AI cloud infrastructure is negotiating terms for a new capital raise. Lambda is in talks to raise as much as $3 billion in a round that would value the company at $12 billion to scale its GPU capacity and meet the surge in artificial intelligence workloads.
