Nebius has raised on-demand RAM prices by 41% and implemented dynamic AI pricing for its B300 and H100 GPUs, which saw cost increases of 21% and 17% respectively this month. The company now uses an algorithm and auctions to set prices based on demand, historical usage, and customer willingness to pay, citing that previous on-demand rates were too low.
