Oracle Targets $20B in Fresh Capital to Fund AI Infrastructure Buildout

Oracle filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to offer $10 billion in common stock and a simultaneous $10 billion sale of unsecured bonds. The combined $20 billion will fund AI infrastructure buildout for customers like OpenAI. The stock offering would issue about 76.5 million new shares, or 2.5% of those currently outstanding.
