Neon Launches Realtime Engine for Live SQL Queries in Postgres

Neon has launched a Realtime Engine in public beta that converts any SQL query, including those with joins and aggregates, into a live feed that automatically updates front-end applications. The engine runs natively inside the Postgres database and is available to all users regardless of their Neon subscription plan. The tool was developed by the team previously behind Electric, and Neon plans to release detailed technical documentation on the architecture in the coming weeks.
