A new S11 chip and advanced health sensors power the latest wearables revealed by John Ternus for a September 18 release. The Series 12 starts at $399, while the Ultra 4 begins at $799 and provides up to 50 hours of battery life. Alongside the hardware, a redesigned AI powered Health app launches later this year in the United States to provide personalized guidance based on biometric data.

The ecosystem integrates a Readiness score using sleep and heart rate variability data, a Health Age based on lab results, and on demand VO2 max assessments. Users in the U.S. can access Quest lab testing for $119. For audio, the devices include a 15 second rewind for transcripts and Siri Recaps in the Siri app for high level notes, processed within a Secure Exclave to prevent data storage.
