Ukrainian drone attacks on a Yandex data center in Russia's Vladimir region have completely shut down the facility and disabled 78% of Yandex Cloud's network. This marks the third attack on Yandex infrastructure in four days, causing widespread outages for consumer services and critical database clusters. Yandex has added drone attacks to its list of force majeure events following the loss of multiple cloud availability zones.
