Former Ukrainian Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov is establishing a new defense-technology company specializing in autonomous weapons and next-generation drones. Alex Karp, the chief executive officer of Palantir, serves as the venture's first lead investor to back the development of AI-guided systems and battlefield robotics.

The project focuses on producing low-cost AI missiles and jet-powered interceptor drones for use in the conflict with Russia. Karp and Fedorov previously collaborated on the integration of artificial intelligence into Ukrainian military operations to improve battlefield capabilities.
