xAI has integrated its personal assistant into the Grok web and mobile applications, adding performance improvements that reduced reply times by more than half and increased computer task speed by 3x on average. The update also enables users to create plus aliases for email automation and claim a permanent @mail.grokbot.com address, though some users have reported phishing emails from official xAI domains. These changes follow version 0.70.2, which introduced interactive cards for apps like Figma and Notion and allowed public X searches without an account.
