Parakhin said GPT-6 Pro was now showing up in ChatGPT on the web, though he said he had not yet tested it. In a separate post, he called GPT-6 Max the best model yet in math and machine learning.
He also said GPT-6 was limited by a tiny context space, and that Fable 5.1 remained better on long agentic tasks, following instructions and finding elegant coding solutions. Parakhin said the roles had switched, with GPT-6 used to develop a solution and Fable 5.1 used to polish it and run experiments.
