Navitas and Nvidia developed a 24 kW direct conversion board designed to reduce electricity waste in AI racks by eliminating an intermediate power stage. Presented at the Open Compute Project summit, the 800V to 12V board targets 97% efficiency at full load and is intended for next-generation infrastructure like Nvidia's Vera Rubin.
