Mintive Raises $11M for AI Agent Identity and Spending Control Platform

Mintive has raised $11M in total funding, led by Cowboy Ventures, to support its AI agent identity and spending control platform. The platform provides autonomous AI agents with unique identities, allows enterprises to set token budgets, monitor model costs, and scan tool calls for prompt injections. Mintive said its governance tools enabled Modern Treasury to implement a bank-operations agent in less than three weeks, reducing a process that typically took four hours to several minutes.
